Kerry: There are no staff.
(Mon-Jul-12-21) Marc: Kerry is our only customer facing staff. She does seem very customer focused. The rest of our staff (the team members) also seem very customer focused. I am changing my assessment to agree or Green.
**SUGGESTIONS:**
(Mon-Jul-12-21) Marc: Develop statement and role descriptions that highlight our commitment to participants learning to learn in light of the systemic nature of the problems and opportunities facing people of the earth.
