**SUGGESTIONS:**
Kerry: - I think the key here are clarity of strategy and communication of it.
(Fri-Jul-09-21) Marc: - As the team becomes more active the strategy will need to be handled by all team members and it must guide their leadership within the enterprise and without. So we need to document the strategy even as it evolves and acquires meaningful language.
