(Wed-Jul-14-21) Marc: - We need explicit strategy and practical structures and infrastructure before we can really develop day to day operations, since the function of day to day operations is to turn strategy into tactics or actual service and value for people by people. -Currently both Strategy, Structure, and Development are deemed YELLOW so it should soon be possible to link them up through operation, making this link and then Operations Green. We shall see.

- Use the Sofi model to create strategy and structure and Development.
