(Mon-Jul-12-21) Marc: The StS team is in effect the staff at this moment.
We are developing roles in the sense that we are making StS commitments to take leadership roles and support roles for each of the Sofi spheres of influence. That is no small matter and it is comprehensive.
**SUGGESTIONS:**
(Mon-Jul-12-21) Marc: Ask each Sphere lead to define roles needed to develop and perform that function and all of its links to other functions.
