This is important.
The word "wiki" next to the hamburger icon at the bottom left of the page enables and disables the Wiki editing and writing functions.
You cannot create new content or modify old content unless there is a check mark to the right of "wiki".
When the check mark is missing, the journals, flag for forking pages, and all of the factory plugins are unavailable.
