Staffing Strategy

3 **Staffing strategy.** As the organization, deliverables and audience grow it is clear that various staffing positions will be filled.

Since it is probable that StS will eventually develop a global audience, there is no reason why staffing should not be able to work remotely with flexible working conditions.

The primary staffing should involve scheduling, liaison with the organization/school sponsoring the event(s), and training of mentors and on-site supervision.
