At Create New Page there is some good advice on how to write pages and how to avoid creating pages that never see the light of the internet.
This is a frequently used command for FedWiki writers. Of course anyone can read any FedWiki page and site. To write in the FedWiki one has to "own" a FedWiki site.
I like to put this command or even the plugin on the Welcome page since the Welcome page is always easily found. (Double click on any Favicon.)
One can shift click on the hyperlink and copy it to any of your pages.
You can also shift click on the grey plugin itself and drag a copy of it to any page.
Not all new pages are created equal. One can create page templates and then create new pages already formatted to the template.
